Bill Lloyd, President
William (Bill) Lloyd has had over 20 years of success in commercial real estate. He is currently the president and owner of Black Watch Property Ltd. Lloyd's primary focus is on acquisition and deposition of land, office building sales, as well as retail shopping center development and sales. Prior to starting Black Watch Property in 2011, Lloyd was a partner at Barclay Street Real Estate specializing in investment sales, primarily shopping centers and land. He started his career with CB Richard Ellis is 1995 as a retail leasing agent before becoming the Managing Director of Tenant Services in the United States, based in New York until 2001. Lloyd attended the University of Calgary and the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business Emerging Leaders Program. He has won many production awards and continues to be a top producer in Alberta.
Tim Taylor, Associate Broker
Tim Taylor has over 25 years of leadership in the multifamily, residential, commercial, and resort development sales and marketing, supported by a deep and proven background in residential and commercial property management. As a Broker of Record for the past 12 years, Tim has played a key role in delivering some of the most iconic and landmark multifamily residential, resort and commercial real estate developments across Calgary, Edmonton, Canmore, Vancouver, and Montana (USA). Most recently, Tim has worked in the role of 'Managing Broker' joining the Alberta Brokerage teams of the two largest cloud based real estate Brokerages managing over +1800 agents. Known for his ability to identify the highest and best use of real estate assets, Tim excels at shaping product strategy and executing targeted sales and leasing programs that maximize value, align with client financial objectives, and respond precisely to the evolving needs of each marketplace.
