Bill Lloyd, President
William (Bill) Lloyd has had over 20 years of success in commercial real estate. He is currently the president and owner of Black Watch Property Ltd. Lloyd's primary focus is on acquisition and deposition of land, office building sales, as well as retail shopping center development and sales. Prior to starting Black Watch Property in 2011, Lloyd was a partner at Barclay Street Real Estate specializing in investment sales, primarily shopping centers and land. He started his career with CB Richard Ellis is 1995 as a retail leasing agent before becoming the Managing Director of Tenant Services in the United States, based in New York until 2001. Lloyd attended the University of Calgary and the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business Emerging Leaders Program. He has won many production awards and continues to be a top producer in Alberta.

Paul Derksen, Senior Vice President
Paul is currently the Senior Vice President at Black Watch Property where he specialises in real estate investment, sales and leasing. He recently was the Vice President, Investment and Development at Mancal Properties. Prior to that he was the Vice President of Asset, Leasing and Property Management for QuadReal Property Group, a Vancouver based Pension Fund. Active in commercial real estate for nearly 30 years, he has consulted for GWL Realty and was the Western Canadian Regional Partner for Verus Partners, a US based developer of industrial, office and institutional properties on behalf of individual, corporate, and government clients. After graduating from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics he joined Royal LePage Commercial as their head of research for Calgary. He later joined CBRE where he focused on corporate real estate and land development.
